For Bigwig Mail customers, Please make sure that you have correct mail.bigwig.net for your incoming mail settings for Outlook and Express.

To Connect to your Mail Box on-line, please go to: https://bigwig.net:20000/   Click through the secure screen and enter your User Name and Password to access your email.
